Thursday February 15th 2018 – Guest Speaker
Imogen Sambrook will talk about the renovation of Fishpool Valley on the Croft Castle estate. Imogen is the project manager of this challenging project which aims to restore the valley to its 18th century beauty. It was created at a time when a more naturalistic approach was becoming popular but has been neglected over the years. The project will reinstate pools, clear vegetation and so on. This will be a very informative and entertaining talk.
Venue: Wigmore Village Hall, HR6 9UW
Cost: £2 for non-members, with membership being £5 per annum.
