Wigmore and District Gardening Club – guest speaker

Duncan Coombs BSc (Hons) will talk to us about “Pandas and Bamboos: Plant hunting in Yunnan and Sichuan”. Botanist and horticulturalist Duncan has undertaken several plant hunting trips to China in the hope of finding a plant new to science. Advisor at the RHS Centre, Pershore College, Duncan is much in demand and well known as a charismatic speaker. This will be a very interesting and exciting talk covering a wide range of experiences. Cost: £2 for non-members, with membership being £5 per annum.
