Happy 10th Birthday Wigmore Shop

 Last weekend about 60 people came together at the Wigmore Village Shop to celebrate its 10th anniversary.Three of the original founders were there to cut a huge number 10-shaped cake to applause from friends, customers, suppliers and volunteers past and present.  Alvin Smith kicked off proceedings and, in a brief speech, Bryan Casbourne noted that also there in the party was Vanessa Spedding whom he thanked her for her initial enthusiasm in 2007 which started Inspired Wigmore – an initiative that led to the shop’s development and from which it has never looked back. Wigmore Shop relies on its volunteers and always welcomes new recruits. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the manager, Alison, in the shop.
